Paul Swanson is the CEO and founder of Curis Health Management where he’s responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. With a background in operations and management, Paul has 20+ years in industry experience. The strength of our healthcare system and the ability to serve the local communities is the driving force behind his decision to start Curis Health Management. Prior to founding the company, Paul worked in the mortgage industry where he currently owns and runs his own boutique mortgage brokerage. During his time in the mortgage industry he has worked with RN’s, LPN’s, CN’s, and many more who work in the same industry that Curis operates within. Understanding his client’s needs and the needs of his employees, Paul has been able to forge a path in the healthcare staffing space that prides itself on efficiency, empathy and bond between employer and employee.
Paul achieved his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology from Gettysburg College in 1999.
Jennifer Swanson serves as the CFO of Curis Health Management where she is responsible for leading finance, internal audit, tax, accounting, and customer support operations. With a background in architecture and mortgage operations, Jennifer brings a unique set of skills to the healthcare staffing industry that sets her apart from most other CFO’s. In addition to crunching numbers, she also assists in the day to day operations to ensure that our clients and our employees are being treated with the utmost of care. Making sure payroll is processed weekly without fail and that positions are filled to the best of our ability, Jennifer’s role is critical to the success of Curis Health Management.
Jennifer achieved her Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Georgia Institute of Technology in 2002.
